Internal Auditors
ZB Solutions is looking for NERC Compliance Professionals to provide NERC Reliability compliance consulting services to its clients. The consultant will be primarily responsible for assessing compliance documentation during a client engagement. The consultant should be a self starter with the ability to manage their own schedule to meet testing objectives with minimal guidance. There is a 50% to 75% travel requirement for this position.
Job Requirements
5+ years Audit experience.
CISA, CPA, CISSP certifications strongly preferred.
Former public and / or consulting experience a plus.
Hands-on self starter who can manage his / her own audit schedule.

NERC Business Development Manager
As our Business Development Manager, your primary mission will be to lead the business development in all NERC regions, by aggressively penetrating the electrical utility market. Your proven ability to exceed sales quotas and build consultative sales relationships will be critical to your success in this rewarding position. You will work closely with the project teams as you complete needs assessments for our clients, lead contract negotiations, and act as a liaison between our company and our customers. Your aptitude for listening to the clients, paired with your knowledge of ZB Solutions services, NERC compliance, and your territory, will ensure that you are significantly rewarded by our superb commission structure.

Sales Manager
ZB Solutions is an HP Authorized Commercial Reseller, a Cisco Channel Partner, and an Carbonite Authorized Reseller. As our Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be the development and performance of all sales activities in an assigned market. You will staff and direct a sales team and provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth, in line with the company vision and values. We expect our Sales Managers to establish plans and strategies to expand the ZB Solutions customer base and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.
