Agreement to Terms

Services Description
ZeroByte IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides cybersecurity services including but not limited to:
- Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
- Security consulting and advisory services
- Compliance and regulatory support
- Incident response and forensics
- Security training and awareness programs
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on ZeroByte IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.'s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
Under this license, you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer any software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer the materials to another person
Service Terms
Engagement
All security services are provided under a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA). The terms of the SOW/MSA will govern the specific services provided.
Scope of Work
Services will be performed according to the agreed scope. Any changes to the scope must be documented and approved in writing by both parties.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide necessary access and information
- Designate authorized points of contact
- Obtain necessary approvals for testing activities
- Maintain confidentiality of findings
- Implement recommended security measures
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
ZeroByte IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Disclaimer
The materials and services are provided "as is". ZeroByte IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Intellectual Property
All methodologies, tools, and deliverables created by ZeroByte IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes only.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the SOW/MSA. Generally:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur interest charges
- Services may be suspended for non-payment
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the SOW/MSA. Upon termination, client remains responsible for payment of services rendered.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
